Custom Layout Design & Engineering: Developed a specialized suspension conveyor layout tailored to the client’s washing machine line requirements. The design ensured smooth product movement between multiple floors without interrupting the assembly workflow.
Vertical & Horizontal Material Transfer: Enabled reliable and continuous transportation of washing machine bodies, sub-assemblies, and components from one floor to another, optimizing multi-level factory operations.
Space Optimization: By utilizing an overhead suspension model, the project significantly freed up valuable shopfloor space. This additional space can now be utilized for future expansion, auxiliary equipment, or workforce convenience.
Workforce Efficiency & Cost Savings: Through automation, the system successfully eliminated the need for 12 manual operators who were earlier required for material shifting. This not only reduced labor dependency but also cut down on operational costs while maintaining consistent output.
Integration with Existing Assembly Line: The conveyor was seamlessly integrated into the client’s washing machine production process, ensuring synchronized operations between different stages of assembly, testing, and packaging.
