• Complete Layout Design & Optimization: Developed an optimized production layout to streamline workflows and eliminate process bottlenecks in TV-LCM assembly.

• Installation of Assembly Line Equipment: Installed specialized equipment for the assembly of TV-LCM units, ensuring speed, accuracy, and consistency.

• Integration of Testing, Packaging & Quality Control Systems: Added robust in-line testing, packaging, and QC checkpoints to maintain the highest quality standards throughout production.
